About the Teaming for Equity Institute
This two-day institute supports teams in deepening their understanding of complex system dynamics, engaging in structured collaboration that fosters psychological safety, and identifying next steps aligned to your school, district, or institution’s broader goals. Your team will leave with clear objectives and actionable strategies.
Participants examine individual, team, and organizational culture and practices through an equity-conscious lens, while building strong partnerships to lead meaningful change. Participants will:
